For far to long, the merits of hard work and perseverance have suffered at the hands of the sensationalized, glamourous lives of entertainers, athletes, etc. Succeeding in school has been regarded as "wack" or "uncool", as if to say that stellar students can't be trendy, fashion forward, current and socially popular. I'm here to prove that there are those of us who've achieved the balance of ambition, education, sophistication, social relevancy, and style. We're not your average awkward and recluse nerds. We are The Cool Kids ,and we want you to sit at our table in the cafeteria

 This website will provide commentary, tips, advice, laughs, news & current events, info, tools, strategies, statistics, research and much more. College was a great time for me, where I really found myself. And not in the corny ABC Family/ Lifetime movie kinda way. I really found my niche there. I've had a diversity of experiences, mentorships, friendships, etc. that all helped me find my passions and strategize toward meeting my goals and realizing my dreams.

Through www.TheGlamNERDS.com, I will tell my story, share my opinions, ideas and hope to develop a social network that will inspire all students to succeed in college/graduate school and look good doing it!!!
